It is a gas station convenience store so it's not a clean and inviting uhaul store but the seevice rep was professional, efficient and polite, so all good.

The U-haul attendant was also the only gas station attendant. I had no assurance that the vehicle had been inspected for fluid levels and had been serviced at regular intervals at that location. The attendant also did not mention that I had to inspect the truck and send the company photos of it before leaving the lot!

However it took 15 minutes to check out the truck due to being g continually interrupted by gas station customers coming into the store during the process. Vehicle was in great condition and well maintained. Returning the vehicle went smoothly as the associate checked in the truck while I was re-fueling it.
