Truck pick up location was changed according to an email that I didn't see until late on Friday. Called and was continually transferred to finally land me in our area. When checking it was unclear if it really was changed or just an incorrect email sent. She made sure i was able to pick up in Northfield. If I had not seen the email and called I would have ended up driving 30 miles to the uhaul place when my truck was actually 7 minutes from our business. Which would have been a SUPER frustrating and angering morning. App was a SUPER challenging. I like working with the agent better. LOVED the super air conditioning since heat warnings were out and we were catering an outdoor wedding. LOVED the green gage to see how we were doing with gas usage and being ecological. LOVED the "get up and go" of the engine.
