The man who answered the phone, I could barely understand what he was saying. He was mumbling and talking very quietly. But when I got to the location, the young woman was extremely helpful and kind.

It would be nice if U-Haul had cell phone holders in their cabs for ease of GPS usage. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the number of blankets included in the truck. Thank you!!
