When we dropped off the truck Uhaul tried to charge us an additional $53 and didn’t say why. After our reservation was extremely screwed up. Had to drive two hours round trip to pick up a truck that was 6’ smaller than the one reserved we had to pay for the gas in the Uhaul and in our personal vehicle to drive the two hours at the wrong location for a smaller truck.

theresa lMake sure truck are being maintained, and brakes felt look rocks was in them the brakes felt like rocks were in them, the truck was leaking, thank God I didn’t have to leave town. they didn’t have all the equipment I ordered and they lied and said I went 26 mile when I paid for ten and I only drove 10 mile so now they saying I owe them extra money I have never experienced this with U-Haul I always put more mile then needed and always receives money back. If you can get a ride to a better location please do so.

Deanna KIt would be nice if U-Haul had cell phone holders in their cabs for ease of GPS usage. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the number of blankets included in the truck. Thank you!!
