Rosie and Jackie are FABULOUS! They went out of their way to assist me with my hauling needs while I was in Kansas City moving my Aunt to Indiana. I kept having to rearrange things, and they assisted me and kept my blood pressure down with their OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL service. JOHN MRosie was the only good part of this experience. Checkout was a breeze. Returning said truck was a disaster. Extra fees, complete disregard for assistance from office staff Jackie, they are "not a uhaul partner" as Jackie states which is ridiculous. How do you rent uhauls and aren't a partner? Get this together before this location loses it partnership.
