Everything was great Jackie was wonderful as always! Helped me with boxes and the truck rental. Both of those office ladies in the Northmoor Mo office are exceptional, I can call with questions and that are ready to help anytime.. wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I have too
Melissa WThere was a miscommunication with our reservation, and my wife had to go pick up the rental instead of me. She was treated incredibly unkind because of this oversight on my part, threatened with fines and was not assisted with fixing the reservation in a polite way. Horrible customer service.
