Brakes needed service Charged for gas. Your self reporting and poor measurements are unacceptable. Will use other options in future. Your business's practices are becoming predatory.

Jon C.We used the self checkout when the location was closed. It stated to drop the keys in the Dropbox yet there was no Dropbox to be found anywhere. There was even a sign on the door stating to leave the keys where the app stated and again, there was no specific information about where to find it, though we looked everywhere. I called uhaul customer service and though they were very kind and helpful, there was really nothing they could do so now we have to hold onto the key until they are open again on Monday.
