JASON WI spoke to a very nice lady on the phone yesterday. She said that y’all were going to not charge me for the second day because I was in the hospital because I had a seizure and I bit off 1/3 of my tongue she was super nice and I like U-Haul for the fact that she was just so nice. I don’t know what else to say but the lady I spoke to was amazing how if you guys actually only charge me for one day and not for two, because I was in the goddamn hospital that would be great if you charge me for two days it’s fine. I have the money but she was so nice. I really like the lady I spoke to and she was in Tennessee, but she was so nice.
