RAYMOND SI can't think of a thing. The representative was kind, patient and courteous. Overall it was an excellent experience.
WAYLAND MLocation turn in was left open for Cheyenne and they told me I was supposed to turn the truck in at a certain location. Also said I was a day late. I was not. Location on Lincolnway was unattended when dropped off 5 days to the hour. Still charged me a $60.50 late fee. This is unacceptable. I would like my money back
