Check-in took over an hour with the employees blaming me, the system, corporate, the truck, an off-duty employee, etc. Make sure the fuel gauge matches the contract (mine read full when it was actually 3/4). Make sure it is swept out.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe back of my truck was dirty. The 2 mechanics. It seemed lazy and didn't want to help me with the check. In process, they told me they closed at 5 o'clock. I made it back at 4:55. As soon as they saw me, they started getting ready to close the doors after emptying my equipment out of the truck. They had the doors closed at 4:57. I went up to one of the mechanics in his car who was dashing to get out of there. I said hey can I check out with you and get my hard coffee? His response was, oh, just put the keys in the box. We'll do it tomorrow. 2 lazy individuals. Not a good rep for your company. I still haven't received my receipt online. I took pictures of my mileage and the fuel gauge
