NATHANIEL C10' truck was very clean. Super smooth process.
GUADALUPE EOwner sat in office for 15+ minutes with someone random watching the store. Even with multiple calls to the owner and 3+ customers waiting they sat in the office. Lock from previous customer was also left on trailer delaying leaving by another 10 mins, because they had no way to remove the lock immediately.
