We arrived at Smart Wash LLC to turn in our truck at 4:00 PM on the day we agreed to turn it in. We found a Post-It note on the door that read, "We're Closed". The hours showed that it was supposed to be open until 6:00 PM.. We locked the truck and put the key in the key drop. The next day, we found that we were charged for an extra day of truck use AND an "After Hours Service Fee". This is really poor behavior on the part of a U-Haul franchise. I immediately filed a complaint and it appears that I may get a refund.
RICHARD PThe guy that checked me in was awesome. Friendly, efficient and told me everything I needed to know. I've been to some U-haul pick-ups and drop-offs that have been....umm...sketchy. Definitely would recommend!
Mark KThe furniture blankets I purchased in my reservation were never included inside the truck at the time of pick up. I was told to go to a different location which would’ve cost me more miles and gas. Unacceptable.
