I spoke to customer service upon pickup about a needle on the ground directly outside the truck as well as clothing left in the back of the truck with the back being fully open, both cab doors fully unlocked. It was unacceptable that there was an obviously used syringe on the ground and the parking lot was far from the key pickup spot, as well as horribly maintained with deep ditches around it before driving onto the road so I could’ve gotten the U-Haul stuck.
