The gate didn’t work so I wasn’t able to pull the truck in to the actual parking lot to return it. I had to park outside the gate which is obviously not ideal.

Everything went off without a hitch
Steven LMy receipt from booking online said 55.00 for rental. I took off the 15.00 safe charge and still got charged the amount. My receipt online said 55.90 I then get a charge for 95.00 I will never book U-Haul again
Angel JI would suggest that the reservation system should be updated to select one way or round trip so a customer doesn’t have to wait for the agent to redo what I already reserved online.
