I returned the truck after hours (but well within my 1-day rental range). There was no well-lit, clear area to return the truck and take photos. The app crashed before I could finish the check out process, and then I couldn’t get back in to finish taking pictures. This whole return process after an exhausting day of moving was very frustrating.

The truck was not washed on the outside. It was dirty. Inside was clean. I would expect to pick up a clean truck. Please wash your trucks before diapatching to customers. Other than that everything was good.
