Jessica MThis has to be the worst experience I had with U-Haul , the app kept reloading and kicking me out had to keep logging in again just to get the truck with its pouring rain to get done the road on the highway and the windshield wiper on the drivers side was broke or not working it was literally stuck hanging of the truck , usually I have great experience but today made me never wanna rent again
Jermaine SEmployee was rude and aggressive. Stated that “U-Haul is the worst company to work with. I wouldn’t recommend it to any one. Was a mobile pick up, but was not able to accommodate and was upset with me for not answering a call that I did not receive. My pick up time was 1pm and I arrived at 1:03pm when she told me I was late. Unprofessional and unprepared.
Julia PWe were not told what the total would be. Only the amount due at the time we picked up the truck. The truck was clean but a piece of junk. On a 70 mph freeway it was difficult to get it up to 65 mps. It sounded like it was on its last leg. We asked what size was appropriate for a one bedroom apartment but had to make a second trip and it was a two hour drive in each direction. The person at the facility was very nice and helpful.
