Nice guy but the truck failed to connect to the trailers lighting at the LAKEVILLE location. I therefore could not pull my vehicle. That meant my 89 yo father in law had to drive 9 hours. Thankfully we made it.

The mobile app experience was unacceptable. It is only at the end when you are there to pick up your truck that you learn you need to have two references available by phone to verify who you are. This should be made crystal clear from the start.

Nicole JI returned the truck after hours (but well within my 1-day rental range). There was no well-lit, clear area to return the truck and take photos. The app crashed before I could finish the check out process, and then I couldn’t get back in to finish taking pictures. This whole return process after an exhausting day of moving was very frustrating.
