When I went there no one there so I parked there and left key in drop box.

Michael BMy fault, I forgot to take a photo of the mileage. The mileage usage claim is completely wrong. Drove directly from the lot to the us storage unit, only 5 miles away, to place in mahtomedi to drop off the items, another 5 miles, and then 2.8 miles back to drop off the truck back at the lot. At best, it was 15 miles. I got billed for 76 miles. Never happened
Patrick FThe location was fine but overall poor experience. My pickup location changed a few days before the pickup to a much further location. I called and got it moved back to the original location. The next day it got changed to that location again. I called and got it changed back to the original location again. The day after I returned it, I got a text that I never returned the truck. I called and was told it was an error.
