When we pick up the truck it was dirty and was charged $20 just because there was an empty bag we forgot in the back.
Melanie CThe young man who served me was very nice and professional. I was, however, shocked at the final cost of renting for a day.with all the miles and insurance added. UHaul should allow a half day rental. Highway robbery.
ROBIN CI have no complaints throughout the entire renting experience. Everything went smooth from start to finish. The only suggestion I could have would be to have a KM buffer for distance travelled before charging excess mileage (maybe 10-15km) as It's difficult to guess" exactly" how many KM you will travel during the rental from start to finish.
