I was very disappointed in Uhaul overall. I booked a 6x12 enclosed trailer a week in advance to move content from a house due to a death. I was called the day before and was told that I could pickup the trailer at another location 3 hrs away from where I was located. Since 6 hrs of going to get the trailer and binging it back wasn't an option I was told that I could get another smaller trailer at the location that I booked the original trailer at. When picking up smaller trailer it wasn't ready and was stuck in the snow and ice and needed a fork lift to get it out. The overall experience cost me a lot more money to store contents and will require me to travel 16 hrs to go back and get another trailer to get remaining contents to bring back.
