The mobile pick up/return process would benefit from having some kind of wifi extender that could reach out to the trucks. I wasn't able to get a cell signal, so had a hard time making the mobile app work properly because I had to be basically right next to the front door of the building. That said, being able to do the mobile pickup/return at all was super handy! (Even though the system went down just as we were about to pick up the van and didn't come back up until later, so we were delayed by multiple hours.)

Brian WAfter driving my 24 hour excursion from NS to Ontario, I have to recommend U-Haul to have automatic windows and a place to put their phone ,....as in a phone holder as you travel. Other than that, everything was FANTASTIC! I need to give a shout-out to the young woman at OCR that helped me from start to finish. She was THE BEST!!
