We were charged a $10 fuel fee for driving a total of seven miles and the person we dealt with at the counter was unprofessional when we tried to discuss the validity of the charge.
David RI did not receive my dolly. The Uhaul had no rearview mirror or back camera. I had to return to the pick-up location multiple times due to complications with the UHaul

Orion LThe 10’ truck was returned on the same day it was picked up, however, the return was not reflected on my U-Haul account. I called the return location to confirm it had been returned and was told it was & I would receive a confirmation email within an hour or two. I did not. The next morning I checked back several times but the truck still wasn’t reflected as being returned. The truck was due back at 12:25pm. At 12:15, I went to the return location and spoke to representative who was not helpful, at all! He said I would get an email in 1-2 hrs. While there, I called customer service about the situation. It was only then that he entered my return into the U-Haul system!! Why did it take me physically going into return location AND calling customer service while at location for my return to be processed?!?
