Small parking lot but adequate.
RICHARD WHad a truck reserved at Shalom’s cafe in Oakland - they did not have a truck when i arrived. They directed me to White Horse - who had a truck, but not what I reserved. Attendant was in the phone on an earpiece the entire time I checked in and out, and kept taking customers while I had to wait. Neither professional nor a good rejection on UHaul. I will look elsewhere in the future
jonathan tThis place sucks. Absolute trash customer service and they didn’t have any of the additional equipment I reserved. The personal also had a piss poor attitude and basically made me do all the work including basically booking a reservation then and there AGAIN! Trash. I would tell anyone to avoid this. Do better.
