The guy was pretty rude, I ordered a 10 ft and he wouldn’t let me drive it, said I had to drive the 15 ft. When I got in, it was barely over 1/2 a tank and then I was asked to pay more money for a truck I didn’t order after it took him 20 minutes to put in all my info and then I had to pay for gas even though I only drove a total of 16 miles because the person be for me didn’t fill up the tank. Horrible experience I was very annoyed with the man at the location and his help with the process.

The worker is super rude, ignorant, and careless. The 15 ft u haul I got originally, he said it was broken, and I was like okay... how are we gonna fix this then because it says available and I paid for it. He was being rude and not trying to help just saying not my problem just call the support number, blah blah. Had a bad attitude and doesn't speak english well either

Edwin GVan was filthy with dirt & debris. I bought a broom to sweep it for when I checked it back in. Service wasn't friendly, but basic & got it done. Drunken man hanging by our rental van at the start made it more sketchy. I will try to avoid this center in the future & maybe try another service other than uhaul.
