In advance, I rented a handtruck and moving blankets. When I arrived to the location to pick the truck, handtruck, and blankets, I was told that they didn't have any handstrucks and blankets.

The cargo van was low on gas. It was at less than 1/8 tank, closer to empty. (I took images of the gas gauge). I had to refuel right away. The tire pressure warning light was on. Not to mention, the whole online self-registration was frustrating to say the least. The liquor store attendant was not very helpful. I had to figure everything out on my own. Apparently the system was down on his end. I had to self-check in. What a hassle. The attendant asked for the odometer reading when I got back, but there was NO odometer that I could see on the dashboard! All I could see was "rear tire needs air" writing. I forget the exact wording and did not take a pic, but there was no odometer. I didn't have time to put air in the tire and drove it in that condition. Luckily, nothing happened, and I was able to return the van in time with MORE gas than when I started. The liquor store attendant said that I would be receiving a bill when I handed him the keys. He didn't check me out or provide any paperwork when I returned the van. He very dismissively said I would be receiving a bill. And that was it. The whole experience, sorry to say, was awful. Don't know if I would do it again. How do I know I wasn't overcharged?
Filitsa NThe trucks were parked close together and hardly accessible. Lots of dirt and debris in the front and back, and the person who was helping me seemed more bothered or annoyed. I appreciate that there was no issue but I felt more stressed renting from this location.
