The place was out of the way, but he owners were EXTREMELY courteous & ppolite!!! When I walked in the store, the cigarette smoke smell almost knocked me over! THe MAIN problem I had was that the place I chose to return the trailer to was NOT one of the choices given to complete the rental.I chose K & C Surplus in Denison, TX when I made the reservation. THe clerk told me that if I chose one of the places & I did NOT return it there, I would be fined. I chose the option of UNknown. WHen we got to the place to unload the trailer, it was raining - hard. THe roof of the trailer was leaking about the 2nd support from the tongue. My items got soaked, but luckily, it was jsut the cardboard boxes that got wet. I decided to return the trailer early, as it was leaking and I did NOT want to deal with wet furniture and belongings. THe place given to me to return the trailer to was NOT one of those choices given to me at the time of picking it up. WHen I got to the place, the woman inside did not know anything about what to do. SHe at least told us to back the trailer up next to a truck she already had on her l;ot. WE completed the rental through the UHaul app. My daughter & I were the ones returning the trailer. It was so heavy, we had to find someone across the street to help us take the trailer off the hitch - the woman inside was not willing to help & told us she was the only person in the store. WHen we were driving away, a gentleman emerged from the store, so I believe he could have been asked if he was willing to help us.
