BRENDA CI"m not a fan of this virtual crap, but it's here to stay. I had to call U-Haul reservations to get things rolling, and I know it was proabably my fault, but you don't have these problems with a competent employeed behind a counter.
Glenn CThe trucks ac did not work at all. Even when I was not accelerating. I had to drive from Oakland TN to Nashville with the window rolled down in 90 degrees.
ROBERT RDay late getting my truck because no one was there to check it in from previous renter. When I got my truck the next day, I asked the so called manager what the problem was, her response was, don’t know I was off and walked out. Everyone else was supper nice.
