Not a U-haul center. Couldn’t return unused boxes for credit. Walked inside only to find no people, only a virtual assistant. Sent me a link to go through the return process on my phone. The process didn’t include the appliance dolly return or returning packing blankets. Had to go back and have the virtual assistant contact someone on site. The onsite person then helped another customer rent a storage space, and another customer close out their storage space rental. U-haul is not their business, just a sideline.
