Absolutely horrible experience. Return was on time to a T. Got email 2 weeks later saying I did not return equipment. (Uhaul mistake) Then they wanted to charge me again

It is based in a gas station, the counter attendant is trying to run the gas station counter and check out U-Haul customers at the same time. A process that should take 10 minutes takes 35-45 minutes. It’s quite frustrating.
