Steven GI’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me in Yukon. He was outstanding. My wiring harness had come loose in transit and he asked if he could secure it for me. Of course I accepted his generous offer. He crawled under my vehicle and secured the wires. He was also very polite & friendly.

NOEL GI was in constant contact with the owner and he was always kind, courteous and helpful. On a different note…the constant texts and phone calls from U-Haul wanting to know when I was going to be done with the truck was very annoying. I paid to use the truck and returned it when I indicated I would. It was also interesting that when I rented the truck, I indicated that I just needed it for one day yet was charged for two. It was a one way trip and the explanation I was given about the charge for two days was interesting and didn’t make sense. U-Haul used to be better.
