Christina MPicked it up with no fuel. Was forced to get fuel and make sure fuel was in it when I dropped it off. I got ripped off $140.
Bradley JThis is NOT about American Self Storage, but rather U-Haul overall. I ordered ~24 moving blankets online about two weeks before my move, and found out from the manager at the storage facility while picking up my truck that they haven't been stocked with blankets in 3 months. He had called around to try and find some and there weren't any nearby. I don't understand why I would be given the option to order them, plan on using them, and then have to improvise once finding out I won't be getting them the morning of.
