keana B.He was very unprofessional. He lite a cigarette when he was checking me out. He didn't have the equipment I had requested.
Bobby G.The guy was chain smoking, he never walked out to the truck with me (just handed me the key), and it took 90 minutes to get that key because the system wouldn't let him check out the appliance dolly. He kept calling the company while chain smoking and he was constantly interrupted by his real job (selling tires). When I finally did get the dolly it was dirty from sitting outside for what must have been months.
CHARLES R.I requested cheapest insurance at pickup spot and got $50 charge as I could not go on line after scheduling the rental to add it without canceling and rescheduling as the market was very tight for renters. Or at least that option was not readily available, that I could see.
