Doors were locked upon my arrival. I arrived at 12:45 pm and establishment was closed. I left the keys in the drop box. No one checked the truck or equipment, not sure when it was completed. I locked truck but rear door to trailer was not. I left appliances dolly in back, anyone could have opened it and taken it. Middle of the day, very poor customer service!!!!

KELLY ZHe was at lunch, so I had to unload the trailer myself. I'm not strong enough to lift it off of there so I had to get jack out of my pick up. Fortunately there was another trailer in the yard that was using one of their trailer hitch supports, so I could see what I needed to do.
