The woman there was the most rude and unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. She asked me if I used the ap and I said no as I forgot my phone. She immediately made it clear that she very put out for having to do her job. She walked out to the truck looked inside both doors for few minutes then walked back to her office without so much as a look or word. I stood there for a while not knowing what was going on then went to the office and asked her if she needed my paperwork. She said no so I said are we done and she then said yes. Totally unsatisfactory for a person working with the public! Will never use that place again nor recommend to anyone. In fact, I am thinking about doing a yelp review.

The truck was dirty when I got it and I wasn't able to clean it when I returned it. The truck seemed to be in poor shape, really old truck. The person in charge was either mentally impaired or they were drunk. Drunk might be more accurate as there were hard liquor bottle in the office. What made me notice was she repeated herself multiple times and did things that seemed routine on loop multiple times. I would not recommend this Uhaul location.
