Service was terrible. Didn’t check out truck properly. I never signed the contract, just handed me keys. Truck was given to me on 1/8th of a tank of gas. Saying gas is being “stolen”. Parking lot was sketchy and office was an old shed where I had to stand on a milk crate to access the window.

Pam OThe online pick up process was abysmal would never book U-Haul ever again. Why you had to contact four different people to verify who I am. God only knows. I was literally sending text to friends asking them to answer U-Haul because I was sitting there in the pouring rain.
BRENT ROne person running the counter. Very long wait times. Lack of communication. Didn’t dispatch my rental. I had to call the main reservation line in my area to make sure it was dispatched. Equipment was fine.
Brandon RThis drop off location was very convenient and easy to find. However, the woman who checked in the equipment was very rude. She was unpleasant when we greeted her, audibly exasperated when I informed her I did not have the U-Haul app (heavy sigh, "well, I guess I'll have to start from the beginning"), then got in the truck, closed the door, and left us standing nearby in the sun while she spent over five minutes repositioning the truck. When she got out she ignored us, so we asked if we were done and she said yes. Really disappointing lack of customer service.
