Very unhappy with Uhaul switching my dropoff location because of too many trucks. I had picked that location because that was where I was renting a storage unit. So having to go to two different places was extremely inconvenient. Very very bad customer service

There’s no parking. The check in process needs to be better. The website was real picky about the image of my driver’s license. I retook the picture 5 times and wasn’t told what was going on, other than to take the picture again. I had to talk to the front desk staff inside the building about what was going on. Everything was smooth sailing after that.
Kyle KU haul kept changing place of drop off and it was very hard to find with just an address and no name. The lady there had no idea why I was dropping it off there.
CHRISTINE ROverall, it was a good experience to be able to get the truck and drop off the truck without coordinating with someone in an office. I didn’t understand that if I didn’t fill the truck up to where it was when I took it, I would pay a lot for gas. By the time we got back with it, we were too tired to go back out and get gas.
Susan BI should have paid more attention. I missed that this location closed at 1pm on a Saturday. Renting renting a truck through the app was Not what I would have signed up for. I would have chosen another location if I I would have known I had to use an app to rent the vehicle. Fortunately everything turned out fine overall. I just would not recommend this process or location.
