The vehicle wasnt clean when picked up, but the biggest issue is the uhaul app and website. I kept having to reload it to get it to register things properly and it took much longer than it should have.

There was no dolly in the truck which advertising makes it seem like there should be.

DENNIS LLocation and service was great, the uhaul mobile app.was garbage and charged me an extra day after turning keys in. Thankfully the owner at the location was able to fix it.
