I was directed to go to the Mega Saver gas station. So I went there and went inside where there was a sign, saying U-Haul on the wall. So I asked the gentleman behind the counter, how do I check in for U-Haul. He was rude and nasty and kept telling me “I don’t know anything”. He continued to wave me away, simply stating”I don’t know anything about U-Haul”. Finally, he pointed to a very small sign that had a QR code so I could get the information I needed to get my truck. Like he couldn’t have just said that in the beginning? He was rude and nasty and I would never go back in that gas station again for any reason to save my life!

I called to inquire about keeping the rental longer than originally planned. I was told that no one at the store would be able to answer my question about whether I would incur more fees for keeping the rental. This was very frustrating and we decided to just return the rental and finish the move with a pick up truck. I would likely still rent from this location if I HAD to, but not for anything casual that I could find other means to move.
Scott JThe vehicle wasnt clean when picked up, but the biggest issue is the uhaul app and website. I kept having to reload it to get it to register things properly and it took much longer than it should have.
