Overall, the charges were out of line. 1st we were charged on an approximate 40-mile trip which we only traveled 30, They charged for a recovery fee which we brought back and put the vehicle in the same place, and they did have to do anything. I put in more gas than I used for 2 hours. I was also charged an extra $12.79 for I'm not sure (Card had two separate charges). This is the first time using U-Haul and probably the last. Advertising was deceiving $29.95 a day plus Mileage. Wrong

Interesting I was charged $.21 after the return for mileage? We thought that was kind of odd.
Bryon DI was lied to about how much gas would be in the vehicle and was charge for leaving a similar amount
Xavier BCustomer service wasn’t there app wasn’t working didn’t have any of the items i paid for like dolly and blanket.
DYLAN SI was charged for 2 trolly carts, but the location only had 1....plus I never received a phone call prior to my reservation pickup....plus my pickup location was switched last minute and I was not notified so I had to make other plans
