I was charged for 2 trolly carts, but the location only had 1....plus I never received a phone call prior to my reservation pickup....plus my pickup location was switched last minute and I was not notified so I had to make other plans
Jake BGreat customer service. I just felt the vehicle was not as clean as it could be. Sticky cup holders and very dusty inside overall.
John SI signed up online including license photos and payment info on the web. When I arrived at 7 am for designated pickup time, I was instructed to download the app. Was almost done when a u-haul person arrived and completed the check-in. He explained there was a staffing shortage, but was very pleasant and helpful. Recommend the website instructs more firmly the location requires the app for pickup on drop off and not to rely on the web or inside booth.
Jeffrey MI was directed to go to the Mega Saver gas station. So I went there and went inside where there was a sign, saying U-Haul on the wall. So I asked the gentleman behind the counter, how do I check in for U-Haul. He was rude and nasty and kept telling me “I don’t know anything”. He continued to wave me away, simply stating”I don’t know anything about U-Haul”. Finally, he pointed to a very small sign that had a QR code so I could get the information I needed to get my truck. Like he couldn’t have just said that in the beginning? He was rude and nasty and I would never go back in that gas station again for any reason to save my life!
