The location was great I had issues with the UHaul app.. it only let you log in with a phone number but I used my wife’s phone number then added her as an additional driver.. when I tried to sign in it signed in as her additional driver and claimed we had no reservations.

Daniel POverall, the charges were out of line. 1st we were charged on an approximate 40-mile trip which we only traveled 30, They charged for a recovery fee which we brought back and put the vehicle in the same place, and they did have to do anything. I put in more gas than I used for 2 hours. I was also charged an extra $12.79 for I'm not sure (Card had two separate charges). This is the first time using U-Haul and probably the last. Advertising was deceiving $29.95 a day plus Mileage. Wrong
