The app is terrible and doesn’t always work correctly. This is the third time I’ve had issues picking up a truck which throws off the entire day of moving being behind schedule. Three different locations all have been a pain. The app reschedules to a different location than the one you previously selected. They can’t guarantee a truck so it’s pointless to reserve one. Phone customer service has a 30 min wait time and will tell you to call app support once you get someone then transfer the call. I miss when you could walk into a U-Haul location and rent a truck.
