First of all, this location hires English as a second or third language managers and persnnel. I have no problem with foreign nationals or dual citizens unless they are extremely difficult to understand or do not take the time or be clear offering instuctions. I was not given notice to expect a link from U Haul prior to leaving the lot. By the time I discovered it, the link had expired. I was given the key and asked if I could get it out with a truck on each side and one in front, a curb behind and about 15 feet between the front truck and the 20 footer I was given. Jockeyed back and forth and made it safely but frustrated. Upon return, the guy behind the counter had never excepted a return of a U Haul and told me to just leave my copy of the agreement. U Haul should not use Mega Saver as a pick up or drop off site. When I did the online request, I had chosen a location a half mile from my house and it was changed to a location 5 miles from my house. I did not learn that until I reviewed my order tab in a followup email. At $1.29 per mile, that does make a difference! If the need arises for another rental and given the same location, I will cancel my order.

First, the truck itself was very dirty. The outside of the truck was covered in mud, and the interior was not cleaned properly, which made the rental feel poorly maintained and unpleasant to use. Second, the parking situation at the location is confusing and extremely tight. It’s not clearly marked where to park or maneuver, which makes pickup stressful—especially when driving a larger vehicle. Finally, the key pickup area is unsafe. There is a hole near the location where you retrieve the keys, and it presents a real risk of someone tripping or falling. This should be addressed immediately for customer safety. Overall, I expected a more organized and clean experience. I hope these issues are taken seriously and improved for future customers.
IVAN OTruck was covered in mud. Inside and out. Had 0 gas in it and drove rough. We should’ve been lent a different truck. Price wasn’t worth it.
Alexis GUnder absolutely zero circumstances when I ever recommend this location to anybody. The customer service is literally one of the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life. From a rude manager who hangs up on people to a location that cancels reservations I shouldn’t be canceled to not be able to get the lock off as it’s broken. I could go on and in more detail but I would never recommend this location
