The location employee didn't seem to understand how to complete the online forms very well. Someone else's drivers license photo was in my reservation initially. When I made the reservation, I did not request a dolly and pads, but they were on my reservation. The employee did not know how to remove them from my reservation. She called multiple people, one of which said the items had been removed from my order, but the amount I was charged indicates the items were still there. I did NOT take a dolly or pads. Then, the next morning after returning the truck, there was an additional $1.99 charge on my credit card for what I have no idea. I will not rent from this location again and will consider other vendors due to all the trouble.

Ricky AI rented an appliance dolly along with the truck. When I arrived after paying and signing all the paperwork, I was told they do not have an appliance dolly and only a standard dolly. They gave no options other than for me to try to look for one at some other location. They did nothing to resolve the issue. Then the first truck I was given only had a quarter of a tank of gas and the worker could not find the keys for it. After waiting 20 to 25 minutes, I was given keys to a different truck that was very dirty inside the cab, and in the back, along with a pile of moving blankets that were not folded. The customer service here was extremely poor and they couldn’t even provide me with an updated receipt or rental agreement for the different truck.
