Andrew KReturn and pick up were a huge hassle. I've rented uhauls many times over the years and this one was by far the most frustrating to get picked up and dropped off.
Ashlyn LI had to sweep out the back cargo area before use as it was filthy. I was disappointed in that. Also someone else's trash was left in both passenger doors so I had to throw those items away and I was disappointed in that as well.
Kevin SThis location is run by crooked scammers. I will never go back and would never recommend this place. The workers speak very poor English, they don’t listen, they talk over you and they are very rude and argumentative. I tried to explain that they overcharged me for fuel and mileage. They wouldn’t listen and insisted on charging me 50% more than the agreed amount. I showed them pictures of the gas and mileage at pickup and then they tried to negotiate with me. If I didn’t take pictures and push back on the charge they would have gotten away with it. It’s a total scam. I rent uhauls all the time. This location needs to be shut down. Awful people, no integrity, crooked, lying, scumbags.
