There was no one there when I dropped the trailer off. Had to call for help to do the drop off the person on the phone was very helpful.

Except for inspecting the rental trucks to ensure the mechanical parts are working properly, I found on the pickup day that the truck’s gas tank had lost its grommet, causing a major leak. I had to return the rental truck to the U-Haul store in Omak, WA, for repairs or replacement. They were able to fix the problem. So I drove the same truck to its drop-off location without any problems.
