I'm sorry but I don't think I will ever rent from you people again I had such a hard time even getting the stuff as it was I was lied to and told that if I paid cash I'd have to pay $100 deposit but my card was fine and I told them what card I would be using but then when I got to the location to pick it up he wouldn't he wasn't going to accept that he said I had to pay $100 deposit the only thing that went well was me picking up the trailer that lady was so nice so helpful and then going to drop off there trying to charge me maintenance because of where I parked the vehicle there was nowhere else for me to park at where it said where to park it they were already closed I called and told them I would be late dropping it off after hours and they said that was fine they told me they would send me a app or whatever to show me where to drop off the keys and all that but where they wanted me to drop the the truck and trailer off there was no parking there I parked where I felt it was safe and out of the way now they're trying to charge me a maintenance fee when I clean that whole truck better than it was when I picked it up I want my $100 deposit back I think this is ridiculous what I'm going through and like I said I will never rent from you people again

There was no one there when I dropped the trailer off. Had to call for help to do the drop off the person on the phone was very helpful.
DEBRA BExcept for inspecting the rental trucks to ensure the mechanical parts are working properly, I found on the pickup day that the truck’s gas tank had lost its grommet, causing a major leak. I had to return the rental truck to the U-Haul store in Omak, WA, for repairs or replacement. They were able to fix the problem. So I drove the same truck to its drop-off location without any problems.
