On line check in was very difficult even had to call main # was put on hold for over 25 minutes .. we had a confirmed reservation number but when we went our account it showed no reservation.. truck had couple cracks on the windshield, and damaged windshield visor. The engine light and towing light remained on. Very frustrating experience .

olivia A.I reserved a unit across the street from my home, I received a call from U-haul that this location did not have a truck available and that I would have to drive an additional 10 miles to secure a truck, the morning of I received a text that the second location did not have a truck available and that i would have to go to a third location. I was required to drive an additional 40 miles and naturally I had to pay for those additional miles, to the tine of $40, I do not believe I should have to pay the additional amount when I reserved a truck closer to home several days out.
