I picked my trailer up from Dave. He was very busy, being the only seen or perceived attendant at the site. He was helpful, polite seemingly sincere, and got us on the road quickly. Upon returning , I ask the woman at the counter if Dave was there. She snapped and said Dave had gone home for the day. Then ask what I needed. I told her that I had returned a trailer. She said to just drop it off out back. I told her that was already done. She told me that was all I needed to do. I ask for a receipt, she again snapped at me and told me, after I check out the trailer. Then she got off of her chair and went to help other customers in her second hand store. I waited at the counter while she helped other customers in her store. Upon returning to the counter, she ask me my name and spent a couple minutes on her computer/cell phone and stated a receipt was sent to my email address. Then turned and left the counter. I feel the the U-Haul customer services at this site are EXTREMELY POOR. I will not use this site ever again. The only reason I used this site for this rental is ... it was a Saturday, and this site was open until 5pm. The other two sites closed at 2pm.

Truck broke down several rides on me and I was charged over 200 dollars a 3 hour job took 5 hours, not happy about that at all
