My first rental after loading flashed dash codes about 20 miles into our trip. We were advised to bring the truck back and swap out for another. The staff at your Ontonagon location could not have been more helpful and helped me unload and reload our items. The break down of your truck cost me a couple hours and double handling our load. I contacted U-Haul Sunday via "chat" and was basically ignored, the response was certainly not what I consider exemplary customer service.
