Truck was full of ants on the passenger side and the a/c didn’t work properly. Couldn’t feel any air blowing out the vents. This has happened twice to me with U-Haul from two different locations. Yet they don’t want to refund you at least part of your money back for having to ride in a hot rental. This will be my last time EVER using U-Haul.
ETHAN SThe location was an out of the way self-storage with a hole in the door to drop the key through. Interesting, I had to drive by an actual brick and mortar Uhaul distribution location - when I asked if I could drop my vehicle off there they had the courtesy to tell me that if I did I would be additionally charged. Why would a service company opt to avoid contact with their customer?
