The Worker put the trailer on my truck and when I got down the road right in front of the store, the trailer detached from my truck and hit the back of my truck. The owner seen what happened and came running outside and switched the trailer to one that locks instead of screws.

DONALD DCharged an extra 3 days which was over 300$ in addition to another 100$ from their collections department after told to disregard emails and wait for the location manager to call us in regards to the extra charges we’d falsely received which we did not turn in 3 days late and will never use uhaul again with there piss poor excuse of customer service and management
