Condescending front desk person
PAUL SThey had trailers parked in various places- they gave me a trailer number and told me to go find it and hook it up myself. I found mine was the oldest and dirtiest of them all! They had NOBODY to assist in any way- only person there was the young woman manning the desk- and she didn;t know anything about U-Haul rentals.
