The hours on the door say 8 to 5 I was there at 3 PM to pick it up and it was closed and I was there at 3 PM to drop it off and it was closed. I ordered six furniture blankets and they didn’t have any.

Clean facility. Polite, Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. I rented a hand truck. It was pretty beat up and one wheel rubbed. I pointed that out to the attendant. He said, yeah, it's used lot. I needed so I rented it. Made it work. Overall, it was an okay experience. A constructive suggestion would be to maintain rental equipment more frequently.
