First location you sent me i had reservations and they were not even open and yall did not honor your $50 guarantee. Then the next place there were alot of communication issues and the actual equipment was dirty and missing parts.

jimmy tI tried to use the app to return the equipment. The pictures I submitted wouldn’t upload. I had to go into the location for assistance. It was difficult to get the personnel to understand the situation, but they were eventually able to resolve the issue.
