Charges customers for insurance coverage even when it’s declined, tried to say everyone has to pay for it. When reserved it online put a 24hr rental & the old man at this location took it upon himself and put a 2 day rental (2 hours over 24 hrs) so we would be charged an extra day. The old man and Hispanic lady who you cant even under because she speaks little English are extremely rude.
Cary JFirst location you sent me i had reservations and they were not even open and yall did not honor your $50 guarantee. Then the next place there were alot of communication issues and the actual equipment was dirty and missing parts.
