I used the app to pick up the uhaul. The attendant wouldn’t release the keys to us at pick up.. I had to call uhaul and have customer service work with the attendant at uhaul pick up. It turned into a nightmare of just getting keys released. We got home with the truck and it was DISGUSTING. Chewed up Sunflower seeds, dog hair everywhere, the cup holders were unusable they were so nasty. I spent 1-2 hours cleaning the truck enough to be able to use on our long drive. Incredibly disappointing to pay so much for a nasty mess. The exhaust on the truck sounds like it’s about to blow. It was beyond normal loud. The truck was a piece of junk. Insane how ill taken care of it was.

The only good part of my experience with U-Haul was the lady I talked to from customer service I can't remember her name but I wish that I could she was extremely helpful in helping figure out my drop off location which was supposed to be in Shreveport Louisiana but the place I rented from with a huge language barrier thought that it was a one-way intown rental so I'm glad I had vehicle problems and had to drop it off at the same place I rented it from or it would have costed me a lot extra and I'm not talked to the lady in customer service so I guess long story short thank you for having people that speak English in customer service maybe you should employ that in your rental areas

AJAY MCharged a extra day after trailer was returned 9am
TONY BCharges customers for insurance coverage even when it’s declined, tried to say everyone has to pay for it. When reserved it online put a 24hr rental & the old man at this location took it upon himself and put a 2 day rental (2 hours over 24 hrs) so we would be charged an extra day. The old man and Hispanic lady who you cant even under because she speaks little English are extremely rude.
