Cab was dirty, ordered dolly was not provided, APP system was difficult to navigate and our reservation was not recorded despite 3 phone calls. Very disappointed as we could not complete our move.

Bradley JLocation was closed when I arrived, self explanatory to park and drop the key off. Luckily there was still room to park the truck as parking lot was nearly full.
