Dropped off after hours. Had no available parking
Bruce MThe staff here are Great, but their hands seem to be tied by U-Haul. Having to refill fuel to where it was when taken out is a pain, as opposed to just filling the tank as it used to be. Apparently U-Haul forbids locations to ensure the tanks are full, as they don't care to pay employees for their time to do it. Nickel and dime. As a businessman of 45 years... My opinion... good way to choke off repeat customers. The truck seemed to be properly maintained, but... was not what I would expect to be clean. Cab area was dirty and there was literally soil/dirt in "Mom's Attic". U-Haul has had the rep for years as cutting corners, but nickel and dime the service... Really?
