Convenient because pick up and drop off was located in the area I was moving. Easy online pick up and drop off.
Sabrina PDo not use this site. Do not change someone who has requested a counter pick-up to a remote creepy location. This was a disaster. It took about 45 minutes to figure out. I did not have my computer with me, I do not get email on my phone, no one was there to answer the questions about the moving truck. We NEVER were able to adjust the mirrors ( I even called the U-Haul number, they said to push on them, but even when my crew of young men showed up to help, no one was able to adjust them). I have rented from U-Haul in the past, and was VERY disappointed.
Marijo RThe location was closed, we completed the process of dropping off the truck online. That process was pretty easy, and the location was easy to get to with plenty of room to park the truck. It was very close to my son's new apartment, which was handy.
SHEILA BI did the after hours drop off using my phone to check out. It was starting to storm and rain when I needed to take pictures of the vehicle. No fault of yours. The key box was accessible and obvious to find. I appreciate your services, which are absolutely essential for people moving.
