The trucks air conditioning did not work and it was 90 degrees the day I rented this truck. Also, I replaced the amount of gas used and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. After putting the gas in the truck I started the truck to ensure the gas level was at the appropriate level at the time I had taken the truck. Since I dropped it off after hours I went back the next day and was told there was nothing they could do for me since they stated the gas level was not at the level I had when I took the truck. This location appears to me to be nickeling and diming the customer. Will not rent from this location again. Should have rented from Home Depot originally.
JON EI had a reservation for a 20' truck. A very courteous and friendly staff member called the day before my pickup to explain to me the prior customer using that particular vehicle was going to keep it an additional day. As the location had no other 20' trucks available, they sincerely apologized and offered me a 26' truck for no extra charge. It was quite pleasing to have them turn a stressful situation into a Win/Win for everybody.
